Case Summary:

This was a three-week trial involving a plaintiff who sustained quadriplegia as a result of making a tackle in a high school varsity football game while wearing our client’s helmet.

Results:

A judgment for the defendant notwithstanding the verdict was entered following a plaintiffs’ verdict on one of four counts which was totally unsupported by the evidence. The jury returned verdicts for the defendant on the remaining three counts.
